Julia von Noroczinski
Julia has been working for PROFOH behind the scene for many years, her specialization includes working within international and intercultural contexts, with a strong focus on migration, asylum law, and social engagements. Her service for humanity started as a teenager, as raised by her parents. For several years, Julia has been been supporting displaced individuals, particularly in matters related to residence permits, legal procedures, and collaboration with authorities, embassies, and civil society actors.
The central pillar of her work is intercultural cooperation and cultural sensitivity and understanding – whether through direct encounters or in the development of sustainability, closely related diversity-sensitive structures. Her experience in consulting and development, flows directly into her strategic approach to creating forward-thinking and impactful solutions.
Julia has extensive experience in the design and optimization of processes across public administration and international cooperation. In her professional practice, she regularly conduct negotiations with political decision-makers, particularly in the context of migration and integration policies around them.
Ms. Noroczinski expertise allows her to assess global developments, Climate Action and their impact on national strategies. Additionally, she has been involved in the drafting and co-creation of legal texts, ensuring complex regulations are applied in a clear, practical manner.
Her degree in Public Management, and field experience equip her with a strong foundation in administration, law, and policy. Julia has been described by her friends as huge asset , Coincidentally, she is deeply knowledgeable Real World Assets (RWA), and Artificial intelligence (AI), which positions her at the intersection of governance, technology, and future-ready solutions.
As a woman of substance, she is also voluntarily engaged in the fields of education, children’s rights, and healthcare, driven by a deep commitment to promoting equitable access to quality healthcare delivery globally. She stands out in communication skills, organizational talent, empathy, and analytical mindset –with a combination of a clear, solution-oriented approach focusses on what truly matters.
She understands several languages and fluent in German and English .
Julia is married and lives with her family in the Hamburg area of Germany.
