PROFOH Participation At The UNODC Meeting In Vennia-Austria

Markus von Have and Janice Kuehn both Board members at PROFOH headquarters in Germany. As an organization we have invested a lot of resources in the war against corruption .PROFOH is proud to have used its medical and social interventions as a soft power to fight corruption in some of the communities we serve ,especially in the health sector where most people taken for granted yet its massively corrupt .Our participation was in  in accordance with resolution 4/6 entitled “Non-governmental organizations and the Mechanism for the Review of Implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption”, adopted by the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption at its fourth session, which was held in Marrakech, Morocco, from 24 to 28 October 2011,Which Markus von- Have also led a delegation from PROFOH that included Gbemuotor Kama The briefing was held  on the outcomes of the review process, including on the technical assistance needs that were identified and implementation of the Convention  The briefing took place at the United Nations Office at the Vienna International Centre, Austria .
